Exporting MS Outlook 2007 to Windows Live

Exporting Outlook mail to Windows Live

I want to export all of the e-mail that I have in MS Outlook 2007 and then
import it to Windows Live.
The issue is that for my version of the software Outlook will only export to
a CSV or a Tab Seperated file. Unfortunately, Windows live will not import a
CSV.
Is there a work around for this.

In WLM import from Exchange (outlook), both need to be configured on the
same PC
