I suddenly stopped receiving emails to my outlook

can someone help me here. I have outlook 07 running on microsoft xp pro.
I suddenly stopped receiving emails in my outlook. It does go to my black
berry and my web mail but not to out look. Also my outbound mail is not
moving to the sent folder but is being sent.
Can someone help?
