Receiving Emails are frozen

Hi, for the past three days now I have been trying to receive my emails but
it appears there is one stuck in there. Right now it states I have 23 emails
and I have received 4 of them but now it's on receiving 5 of 23 and has been
there for the past hour or so. If I stop it it states that it is finishing
the email but it freezes there also. I'm really frustrated because these are
holding up business for me.

Is there a way to go in and delete the email that appears to causing the
problem prior to it being received? Also, when I stop it and then restart it
gives me the same 4 emails that I have already received again.

Please help....I need my emails!

What I would do is go into your web mail and view them and them move them to
a folder in there. You never know that might 'free them up'. Worth a try.

Good advice. Often you can spot the 'bad' email that way and delete it,
thereby freeing the logjam. If your ISP does not offer webmail access,
you can do the same thing here: http://mail2web.com .

Hi, thank you so much! It worked perfectly and I was able to find the email
that was giving me all the problems and delete it!
