Rebooting

How do i put programs back on to my computer... i have tried putting the
application disks in the computer but nothing has really worked or i dont
know what i am doing. I just want Power DVD and GIGA Pocket... but dont know
how....thanks

If initial setup or install does not work from inserting the installation CD,
try
the following: Start/Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs
