DVD drives

Ok my dillemma is this:

I currently have 2 drives: DVD-ROM and DVD-RW.
The problem is that the DVD-RW and the DVD-ROM drives dont really work(when
I use my computer to try to open them) The DVD-ROM will autoload, while the
DVD-RW does nothing. When I click on them, they say "please insert disk into
Drive E:/D:"
Also there is something in my computer that says e: CD drive. I dont have
one.. could daemon tools cause this? just wondering, thanks!

Sounds like you want the rom to play and then have the rw to record. Are you
using -rw or +rw disks? the rw may not be able to read one or the other, and
is causing problems for the rom.....
