Reboot and Shutdown utility

I need to have my PC reboot every 6-8 hours. I do have the "Shutdown" utility
but it only allows you to reboot daily in Task Manager. (or longer- Weekly,
monthly etc...)
Is there any tool that will allow me to restart PC every so many hours??- Or
is there a way to configure Task manager to allow me to do that?
