Read Receipt Rule

I am trying to get Outlook XP to move all read receipts to a specified folder
and mark as read. I tried making a rule to do this, but it doesn't get
moved.

Any suggestions? What settings should I use for the rule?
 
One more quick thing. Outlook is marking the Read Receipts as Read, but not
moving it to the specified Folder.
 
I've got the opposite problem with Outlook 2002. The rule is moving the
read recipt to a recipt folder, but does not mark it as read... :(
