Moving Read Receipts to a folder

I want to create a rule to move all Read Receipts to a specific folder. I
have tried in Options and in Rules, but only some move to the folder, while
others are still being sent to my Inbox.

Why not mark them as read and then delete them? This will process the
receipts and link them to your Sent Item. Moving and processing Read
Receipts in any other folder than the Inbox folder will break this
functionality.

Yes, and that's why they get processed and linked to the original item in
Sent Items. Otherwise it would be a real mess to find out what belonged to
what...
