hi,

im using outlook 2007, in this i have ticked to get the read and delivered
receipts from the receipnts and subsequently directed the receipts to be
forwarded into a folder by ticking the box "after processing, move receipts
to" but im facing the problem with these receipts, few of these receipts are
again coming back to inbox instead of the folder and also the delivery
receipts are not being diverted to the folder.
pls suggest some process to meet my requirement....

Not all recipients servers except receipts, and if they do it is optional as
the whether they are acknowledged

What do the receipts that are not moved have in common?

What DL means is this:
Not all Mail servers will accept read receipts, and even if they do then the
recipient usually has the option whether to return a receipt or not, so it's
a bit of a lottery...
