It says
The backup file could not be used
E:\backup1.bkf
Please ensure it is a valid path, and that you have sufficient access.

So what is E:? If it's a CD-RW drive (or similar) NTBackup doesn't
support backing up directly to that (as it says in the help files). If
it's a hard drive, then it ought to work.
