Re-Registering XP Software

I'm going to be installing a new hard drive this weekend.
Afterwards I'll be inserting the original HP "XP System
Disk" that came with the PC.

Will I run into any conficts regarding registering a "XP"
Product again because it was already once registered?

No. In fact there is no need to register XP at all, and certainly no
need to re-register it.
