Re-Emailing from My Pictures folder

Go to START, SET PROGRAM ACCESS AND DEFAULTS, and choose
the CUSTOM option. There you can set your desired e-mail
program as the default.
 
It is set to custom. When I go into internet options from my web browser, on the programs tab it doesn't give me the option to select a different email program. Any suggestions?
