qwest visa gift card fraud :'(

J

Joe

I signed up for dsl with qwest; they promised a visa gift card (25
dollars); and, I never received it. I have been calling them for
months; and, they just keep "passing the buck" or passing the blame on
to someone else. So, I called the appropriate party and they just
keep telling me they will enter me into the system again. They have
been telling me this for months. Sometimes when I call they tell me
their supervisor will get back with me; but, he does NOT return any of
my calls.

They feel that I will eventually give up; because it is only 25
dollars to me; but, a lot of money to them if they do it to everyone!
If they do it to a million customers that is 25 million dollars for
qwest or Visa; I don't know where the buck lies.

Has anyone else experienced this also?

Thanks.

Report them to your local state utilities commission and to the Better
Business Bureau. Send them (qwest) a CC of the mail. That will wake
them up. Don't complain here - take action!

This has absolutely nothing to do with Windows XP.

Try:

Well, it's not so much that it's off topic but that no one here can
really help you with it.

Good luck!

Steve
