PS. Please read the QFE description page more carefully. It should state

the steps you need to go through to install the package.

Slobodan and KM make a good point. If you do not install this QFE first
your repository look up will not work correctly.

"Note: This fix will be required for all component updates that use the new
installer mechanism. "
