Update Rollup 1.0 for Windows XP Embedded / FeaturePack 2008

Hello,

i have already success installed:
- Windows XP Embedded SP1
- Windows XP Embedded Service Pack 2
- Windows XP Embedded Service Pack 2 Feature Pack 2007

Now, i want to install "Update Rollup 1.0 for Windows XP Embedded" and i
become follow error!

"A new platform object needs to be installed before this update can be
installed. Please download the latest platform update from
<http://www.microsoft.com/embedded> and install it before attempting to
install this QFE.

Setup cannot continue."

But i do not find any Platform Update for XPe on this url?

Can anywhere help me?

On the ECE Website i can not found a platform update.

Can anywhere say me which Update i need?
