Error installing SP3 XP Embbed

Try to install SP3 for XP Embedded "X15-50384" but I get an error:

I can not find any Platform Updat for XP Embedded, older upades works fine.

What is the current version of your XP Embedded database? More specifically,
is the database updated to at least Feature Pack 2007 or Rollup 1.0? I
recall that SP3 must be applied after Feature Pack 2007 or Rollup 1.0. If
your database is older than FP 2007 (ie. SP2), perhaps the error indicates
you must update your database before applying SP3?

My last update is Rollup 1.0, bud I get an warning when I installing it, but
the install prosses look OK..

This is the warning:

But somthings is wrong, I get components (security updates components...) in
Target Designer that gets error when i Buld images ( Error. cant find
file....)

I done the removal of Feature Preview 2008 and Feature Pack 2007 and deleted
the Repositories folders:
{82F504C8-6B7B-4AC3-A3B7-9D3674C28AF5}
{7D2CC08E-D3CB-4B10-9995-6FF8DC644168}
befor installing Rollup 1.0 ( like the instruction says)
