Publish Web Site at 640 x 480

On my local machine (PC) all text & graphics fit perfectly in the screen.
Nevertheless when I publish the site all users claim that they must scroll to
the right in order to view the entire content. I have downsized all graphics
and tables, nevertheless the problem remains. How do you configure FrontPage
2003 in order to make all content fit (width) in one screen?

I'm not quite sure what you want, but if you want the page to fit in a
640-pixel screen, put everything in a table and make the table about 590
pixels wide.

The most simple way, place all of the page content in a main table set to 100% width.
It will then automatically resize to the width of the browser "view port"

The drawback to this however, is that text and images can / will "shift" in different size browser
view ports.

View port means: The size that I have Internet Explorer ( or other browser ) set to display in.
I can have a 17 inch monitor set to a resolution of 1200 by 768, but I can have my browser window
set to display at 800 by 600.

fwiw, this is one of the toughest challenges you will face designing a web site page.
