Front Page Publish website gives error

I have a website that has the front page server extensions installed
over it. When I connect to this site using front page, I am able to
create new content on to the site. Data transfer to and from the
website also works perfectly fine using FTP as well as WEBDAV.
When I try to publish data from the local site to this website using
the front page then, it gives the error saying I might not have the
permissions to perform this operation. I don't receive this error
when I am directly connected to the site. This error occurs only when I
try publish the site from the local machine or from some other site.
If we make the admin user of the website, the member of the local
administrator group of the web hosting server on which this website is
hosted, then the publish web site feature works perfectly fine. The
content of the website is stored on a NAS share. The admin user has all
the read and write permission on the NAS share, that is why he is able
to directly copy the data to that location, either using FTP or WEBDAV.

What extra permission I need to have in order to publish the website
from local machine?

If you ftp to a server with extensions installed, you break the extensions.

If you can WebDav to the server the extensions are broken and need
to be repaired.
