PUblish or upload

I am new to FrontPage, using 200 right now. I have designed the home page and
have it close to what I want. I have a host, which is Linux based and it
offers no editor but allows you to run any program they have. I have only
been able to upload the "index.htm" page which shows up as the home page. It
has none of the other colors or graphics I see on my computer, Will
publishing fix this? Thanks

If your web has FP extensions installed yes, Publishing is the way to upload...however, if you used FTP you may have broken the extensions.

Try File | Publish Web then http://www.whateveryourdomainis.com you'll be prompted for un/pw.

If it doesn't Publish correctly you probably will need to uninstall/reinstall the extensions. Some hosts have a control panel feature that may allow you to do it yourself..others you have to call the host and have them do it.

Did you create a website or just a page?
How are you "uploading"?
