Publish button/command greyed out

I have created some pages for a new site. Unfortunately, the Publish/command
icon is greyed out. It seems that FrontPage is not reconizing these pages as
a web site. How can I correct this?

Have you visit this newsgroup by mistake?
We deal with Excel and most of us know little about FrontPage. Try
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.frontpage.client
