WHEN ATTEMPTING TO PUBLISH A PAGE I'VE DESIGNED I FIND THE "PUBLISH TO WEB"
OPTION TO BE GREYED OUT

You need to open/create a FP Web/Site
- not just a page

Turn off your Cap Lock key
