Publish to web

I have built a website using FronPage 2002 and I want to publish it but the
'Publish Web' option is not avaliable (greyed out) in the 'File' menu. Any
ideas?

Did you actually create a web before you created the pages?
Did you actually open the web (not just a page) and use File | Publish?
