Hello,

After updating to Office 2003 from Office 2000 I cannot read the body of all
messages in an archive file I created when in Outlook 2000. The only thing I
see when double clicking the mail is the title and nothing in the body of the
message. When I try to copy them to my inbox I see the text in the message
again.

I converted the pst file to a Unicode data file (.pst) but it does not help
following the help procedure but it did not change anything.

Thanks for your help

Did you also install the Office 2003 Service Pack 1:

I think it was a knowing problem without SP1.

Dear Shirdra,

this Hotfix of Microsoft describe this problem:
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=833984

I thought that this hotfix is a part of the SP1 for Office 2003.

I also found this other posting with the same error message:
