pst files

I cannot figure why I cannot copy and paste my outlook.pst file. XP tells me
something is using the file. I cannot figure what may possibly be loading
and preventing me from copying the file so as to paste it to my notebook.
Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks

OK, I have found it. At least after I removed my Ipaq from the cradle I was
able to copy and paste the file. Will do some more experimenting.
