Need help exporting an Office 365 mailbox to PST

I have Global Admin access to our Microsoft 365 tenant and need to export one employee's mailbox to a PST file for backup purposes.

Is this possible export PST from Office 365 Admin Center, or do I need to use Microsoft Purview, Outlook, or another tool? Any guidance would be appreciated.
