pst file from outlook2003 to outlook2002

when i take the file from my pc which is using 2003 version to my
office pc which is using 2002 version . i got a message "the file is not
compatible with this version of the personnel folders information service
contact your administator"
it something to
do with system adminstration in my Company, or I'm I doing wrong thing, the
pst file i imported from outlook 2003 is using (Outlook 97 - 2002 format)
i used USB flash memory stick to transfer
please help

the file format of the 2003 version of the .pst file is different than
previous and cannot be directly accessed with older versions of outlook

The .pst file has a different format and folder size limit in Outlook 2003
