Prompted to sign in twice to Hotmail every time - security setting

This has been happening over the last few weeks. It only happens on one of my
computers. I have upgraded to Internet Explorer 7, but it was happening
before the upgrade & it is still happening since.

Whenever I sign in to Hotmail, I get the message that either the usename or
password are incorrect and to try again. The uername/password IS correct. I
also usually get the message that the site contains secure and non-secure
items, do I wish to continue? If I go ahead then and sign in, there is no
problem.

Things I have tried:

Clearing temp internet files & cookies: this will enable me to sign in
without problem the first time, but subsequent sign ins on opening Internet
explorer have the same problem.

I have tried signing in using standard and enhanced security

I have tried saving and not saving username/password

I have tried on Internet Options allowing all 3rd party cookies, and
allowing session cookies

I have tried allowing mixed content

I have tried putting hotmail in my allowed list of trusted sites

Any other ideas? Thanks

PS I also have msn messenger running on this computer, and if I access my
inbox via that, there is no problem, just if I open the browser to do so
