Prompt before AutoArchive runs

Hello,

The "Prompt before AutoArchive runs" option is selected
under Tools... Options...Other tab... AutoArchive.
However, I am now finding that the majority of users have
been clicking "NO" when prompted.

I would like to remove the prompt and just have
AutoArchive automatically run every 14 days. Is there a
disadvantage associated with doing this? Or is the prompt
just a matter of preference?

You can download and install the Office Resource Kit for this. This includes
adm-files which you can import into your Group Policy Manager. Here you can
force loads of options upon your users.

Personally I don't like autoarchiving to a file as users get lost of where
their e-mail is and basically you are moving the problem; they'll have to
learn to clean op their mailbox!
