Programs won't install or uninstall

when i go to uninstall nero it ask for "nero - burning
rom.msi" and there is no such file. cause i installed it
before i updated to xp. Instant copy wont work either
cause it can't find the instantcopy.msi file.
 
Try installing Nero again. So the program can "repair" anything that might
be wrong.

Reboot, open the program, close it. do any registration or serial number
procedures. then close it and go to add/remove programs and try to uninstall
it.
