lost file

when burning cd's with nero i get a massage saying file not found
advrcntr2.dll
i uninstalled nero and reinstalled it but i get the same massage,i also get
this massage when veiwing some types of video. this must be a file that runs
with windows xp, can i use the xp disk to fix this problem ( yes-no ) under
something like window repair.

Please do not start new threads for the same problem, it makes it easier
to get concerted help if you stick to the same thread.

Uninstall Nero again and then use the Nero Clean Tool before
reinstalling, the tool is available on the Nero site.
