lost file

i seem to have a file missing now that i had befoe,when burning cd's using
nero i get a message saying that the file ADVRCNTR2.DLL is not found.
how can i get this back ? can i use the win xp disk if so how.

Since this is most likely a Nero file, re-installing Nero would restore it.
