program access and defaults

when i click on start and go to the "set program access
and defaults" its got one of those white type of flags and
when you click on it , it does nothing. when i hit
properties and look at the path its really funky looking
something like..home%//system...not exactly but i know its
not right..i've tried a lot of things but cant get it..can
i download this somewhere or can i pull just this off the
installation disc?
any help would be appreciated.

Hi Paul,

You don't reinstall it. Open Registry Editor and navigate to this key:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{2559a1f7-21d7-11d4-bdaf-00c04f60b9f0}

Right-click and choose Export. Save the branch to a REG file.

Open the REG file with Notepad, and paste the contents here.
