Problems

I am having problems with my computer shutting down when
I am in the middle of maybe playing a game, or even using
instant messanger. Sometimes even if I am downloading.
This is really agreggraviting. I have tried all I know
to try and figure out the problem. Can you please,
please, please help me with this?

Go to Start, (Settings), Control Panel, System, Advanced
(tab), Startup and Recovery (Settings), and uncheck the
Automatically Restart option under System Failure. Next
time it happens, hopefully, you will get an error message,
thus, a clue. That's what we need, a clue. It's probably
a program or driver but what's needed is a CLUE.
