Outlook Problems with Internet and Outlook

I have installed internet explorer 7 and It is very slow and also running without add-ons - How can I adjust this.

The same is happening with Microsoft outlook it is very slow and gets stuck many times - I have done the repairs (i.e. Help repairs) and it remained the same - it gets stuck.

Please help
