Problems with Hyperlinks and Attachments

When I click on an attachment and say OPEN it is so slow and eventually it
shows and dialog box and at the top of the dialog box it says "Locate Link
Browser".

When I click on a hyperlink it is so SLOW opening the page.

I have Office 2003 SP2.

Can you tell us more about your machine? How much RAM do you have? What
kind of antivirus software are you running? What operating system do you
use? Is the machine otherwise pretty snappy?

A little, but I still get a dialog box that says:

Locate Link Browser.

If those are URLs that give you that then in the Locate Link Browser box
navigate to the appropriate folder (\program files\internet explorer
perhaps?) and find the executable for your browser (iexplore.exe probably).
