Turn on option to save OR open attachment when I double click?

I double clicked an attachment and was going to select OPEN from the dialog
box. Instead, I hit the check box so that the dialog box no longer opens
when I double-click an attachment. The box states something like, "Always
ask when opening . . ." Could you help me know how to recheck that box/have
the dialog box "ALWAYS ASK?" Thanks.

Open WIndows Explorer and click Tools>Folder Options. Select the File Types
tab. Locate the type of the file and select it. Click Advanced. Check the
box labeled "Confirm open after download". Click OK, then OK.
