Problems with games stopping or system reseting

Kevin

I have been trying everything I could find to get Age to
Mythology or even Morrowind to stay working. Both of them
installed fine and will run but withing ten minutes the
game just stops and goes back to windows or the system resets.
I just put the CPU together. It has:
AMD 64 3200+
geforce FX 5600
soyo cd8 dragon
Win XP
I have done all the recommended crap and still can't seem
to get it to stay on.

Hello,

I know the problem, I have dealt with it also. But i solved it. The first thing that you need to check is that the system crashes or restarts with other games! If the answer is yes then the problem is your memory.
Replace your RAM memory! That was the only problem with me too. And now everything is fine!

I hope I helped you out...

Hi Mark,

It sounds as if you might have an overheating issue there.
Verify your CPU & Video Card processor fans ASAP.

I've got the game installed on a Toshiba Satellite 1900-303 and it cannot
get through either the tutorial or even to the start of a game without
shutting down. I've been battling at it for 6 months and got nothing. Any
suggestions?
And, this sounds domb, can anyone help me get this thru to microsof so
they can help deal with the problem or give me a refund
