Problems Loading MS Component from XP-PRO reinstallation disk

I am trying to load IIS component from a reinstallation disk (XP-PRO was
loaded at the factory w/o IIS). When the Component Load program asks for the
file, I can find the file on the reinstallation disk. When I select the file
it does not load. Like it cannot find the file.
Any help would be appreciated.
