can't install VS.net after installing win xp pro

I updated my OS from win xp HE to XP PRO and then try to
install visual studio.net.In the first step : window
component update. I install the IIS then back to VS.net
setup,but I still were asked to" insert window component
update disk now" and didn't allow me go to second
step: "install visual studio.net". where I can
find "window compnent update disk" ? where I can down
load from?

The component update cd comes with the VS.NET installation CD's - if you did
not receive it, this I would contact the place where you purchased for
replacement.
