Problems installing Win XP

I have purchased a new CD drive, changed my IDE cables,
changed my power supply, removed all cards and extra
hardrives, reset my CMOS, and cleaned both sides of this
new Windows XP. All of this and to no avail. Every time
I install, a different set of files will not copy and some
will when I hit the retry button.

I'm running into the same problem. I upgraded my
processor and installed a new video card and the same
thing happened to me. I deleted partitions, formatted,
etc. all to no avail. Any help out there?
