Hey
Thanks, will upload the rest of the hardware specs soon.
I just did a fresh installation of Windows 7 Home Premium, and it worked twice.
On the third boot I received the same problem, however, a different stop code:
***STOP 0X0000007B
(0X80D86B58, 0X0000034, 0X00000000, 0X00000000)

Any ideas?

hmmm, I'd say your hardware was incapable of running Win7, but then, apart from the MB you listed, I could be wrong, it could be wrong/incorrect drivers/hardware, or even a virus.

Trying to 'fix' a hardware problem by installing, or re-installing the operating system amounts to peeing into the wind. It wont get fixed. :)
