problemen met bureaublad achtergrond

Als ik bij configuratiescherm kies voor "bureaublad achtergrond wijzigen" dan
krijg ik een melding 'Dit onderdeel is uitgeschakeld. Neem voor meer
informatie contact op met de systeembeheerder." Weet iemand hier raad mee?
