Windows XP problem with windows installation

Hey guys .. i had a problem before with my computer .. was giving me error when i was trying to format .. like file\1386\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded error is 4..
and i coulndt do anything ... so peoples told me was probably my hard drive the problem ... so i went to buy a new hard drive.. when i installed it .. giving me the same error .. its entering windows setup and then errors popping out ... evertyme my computer reboot its giving me differents errors
File\1386\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded the error code is 4

File\1386\biosinfo.inf could not be loaded the error code is 4096

Inf File txtsetup.inf corrupt or missing, status 4096 setup cannot continue

any clues ? thank you.

Go download a copy of memtest86. http://www.memtest.org/
Create a diskette of it, boot it and let it run a few passes. if it doesn;t log any errors, hit the option key, and run all tests. if that makes it thru a couple of passes, your memory is likely good.
If it fails, it could be your ram or cache or cpu. Memtest stresses the cpu ram and busses involved, so any hardware issues ususally show up.
