Windows XP Cant format the OS

i m getting a message as file 1386\biosinfo.inf is fail to load during the startup.
my error code is 4096. seeking help........

We need a bit more info than this..What OS are you trying..? What are you trying to install it on...? etc...

i m getting a message as file 1386\biosinfo.inf is fail to load while trying through bootup disk.
my error code is 4096.I m using windows XP OS. A virus attacked my system so i want to format the OS and reinstall..Can u help me.

Try using FDisk & then format the hard drive?
