Error with windows XP installation help

Hi all im having a error code problem when i am installing windows xp pro,
this is what I get:

just after the part that says:

setup is loading files (windows executive)...

file \i386\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded
the error code is 7
setup can not continue. press any key to exit

it says this over and over

im using a MS-6712 ver 1.0a mobo with an AMD Athlon XP 2800+

the mobo here:

What are you, helpless? Or just lonely? Do you ever even *try* to figure things
out yourself? Ever hear of a search engine?!
