ntkrnlmp.exe error 7

Im had to replace mother board , Im trying to reinstall win xp . I get to
boot from disk hit ant key windows setup starts to load. Then the error
message comes up \i386 ntkrnlmp.exe could not be found error 7 . can
anyone please help me .
