Problem with USB ports

My PC computer is rebooting during the use of USB ports (for ex. transfering
data with my mobile) The error is:
BCCode : fe BCP1 : 00000005 BCP2 : 81F990E0 BCP3 : 11063038
BCP4 : 81786BB0 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 768_1

On my linux ports are working fine :/

Go to Start/Run, and type DEVMGMT.MSC , highlight the USB Root Hub device(s),
Action menu, "Uninstall", then restart Windows, to find the device drivers
again automatically.

It hasn't helped unfortunately, my computer is still rebooting.
