Problem with Outlook Folders

I have an Outlook rule that moves incoming messages from my website to a
folder called "Orders". This folder sometimes gets drug under another folder
or ends up in the Deleted Items folder. Is there any way to "lock" the
Orders folder so that it cannot be deleted or moved?

Not really. Just be more careful and watch what you're doing.

That is the best you can do? If I watched what I was doing, I wouldn't need
spell check, grammar check, or any of the other features that are offered in
Microsoft Office products. All I would need is Notepad. You also do not
take into consideration anything such as arthritic hands or difficulty in
maneuvering a mouse.

Please "be more careful" when you offer a response.

You cannot move the Inbox, Contacts, Calendar, Junk E-Mail, etc. Of those,
the one that comes to attention is Junk E-Mail. Mine has a little red circle
with a line through it. I cannot move it or delete it which is exactly the
properties that I would like to apply to another folder.

Is there any work around?

The slashed circle is just the icon used for Junk E-mail. There's nothing
especially significant about the icon. I don't know of any way to lock
ordinary folders that the user creates. I think Outlook contains special
code to handle the default folders differently.
