Problem with Internet Options

Can't use Internet Options, says "This operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator."

Previous post by Scott, says the problem was with SpyBot
which I also had. I uninstalled spybot but the problem
still exists.

Scroll down to UnlockNoBrowserOptions.reg
Or you could reinstall Spybot and unlock options from "Immunize."
