problem with install

i tried ti install this but it would not install or so i
thought, i decided to download a few things and it would
not install them a small box appears with some command
line parameters and other stuf can anyone help
 
I'm having some difficulty understanding exactly what you want help with.

I need to know a little more precisely what you are trying to do, and what
then happens.
